등록금 납부

• 등록금은 학생별로 부여된 가상계좌번호로 납부해야 한다.

  - 신입생은 입학 허가 통보를 받은 후 Invoice에 명시된 가상계좌번호로 등록금 납부 마감일까지 납부해야 한다.

  - 현재 한국어 연수과정을 수강하고 있는 학생이 다음 학기에 재등록하기 위해서는 반드시 현재 학기 마지막 수업일까지 등록금을 납부해야 한다.

• 정해진 등록금 납부 마감일까지 등록하지 않는 학생은 해당학기에 등록할 수 없다. 반드시 등록금 납부 마감일을 지켜야 한다.

등록금 환불

• 수업료를 과 · 오납의 경우, 등록 후 미 입국, 비자거절, 영구귀국, 학습포기 등의 부득이한 사유로 수강을 취소하는 경우 환불 됩니다.
• 한국어 학당 행정실에 환불신청서 및 환불받을 통장 사본을 제출해야 한다.
• 환불 금액은 환불 신청 시기에 따라 아래와 같다.

  개강 전	총 수업시간의 3/1이 지나기 이전	총 수업시간의 2/1이 지나기 이전	총 수업시간의 2/1이 지난 후
  등록금 전액 환불	등록금의 66%	등록금의 50%	환불 불가

• 환불 금액은 환불 신청이 접수된 날로부터 근무일 기준 2주 이내에 입금된다.

  ※ 단, 예원예술대학교 국제교류협력단이 발급한 표준입학허가서로 비자를 발급받아 체류기간(최초 6개월)이 만료되지 않은 경우, 국내에서 불법으로 체류하거나 출입국 관리법을 위반한 경우에는 환불이 불가하다.

등록 연기

• 등록을 마친 후 해당 학기 수업을 들을 수 없는 경우 바로 다음 학기로 연기할 수 있다.

  (단, 개강 첫째 주 금요일 이내 신청해야 함.)

• 등록자 중 비자 발급이 지연되는 경우, 개강 후 5일 이내에 입국해야 하며, 그렇지 않은 경우 다음 학기로 연기해야 합니다. 이 경우 반드시 한국어 학당에 연락하여야 한다.

Tuition Payment

• Tuition must be paid using the virtual account number assigned to each student.

  - New students must pay the tuition by the due date using the virtual account number listed on the invoice after receiving their admission notification.

  - Students currently enrolled in the Korean Language Program must pay the tuition by the last day of class in the current semester to re-enroll in the next semester.

• Students who do not register by the designated tuition payment deadline will not be able to register for that semester. The tuition payment deadline must be met.

Tuition Refunds

• In the event of overpayment or incorrect payment of tuition, or if a student cancels a course after registration due to unavoidable circumstances such as failure to enter the country, visa denial, permanent return, or withdrawal from the program, a refund will be issued.
• A refund application form and a copy of the bankbook to which the refund will be sent must be submitted to the Korean Language Institute's administrative office.
• The refund amount is as follows, depending on the timing of the refund application.

- Before 3/1 of the total class hours have passed before the start of the semester Before 2/1 of the total class hours have passed After 2/1 of the total class hours have passed Full tuition refund 66% of tuition 50% of tuition Non-refundable The refund amount will be deposited within two business days from the date the refund request is received.

※ However, if you received a visa with a standard admission permit issued by the International Exchange Cooperation Office of Yewon Arts University and your period of stay (initial 6 months) has not expired, or if you have stayed in Korea illegally or violated the Immigration Control Act, a refund is not possible.

Postponement of Registration

• f you are unable to attend classes for the semester after registering, you may postpone your registration to the following semester.

  (owever, applications must be submitted by the first Friday of the semester.)
