예원예술대학교 한국어 연수과정 입학허가 후 2개학기 이상 등록 시 한국어연수비자(D-4)를 신청할 수 있다.
등록자는 사증발급에 필요한 서류를 준비하여 소속국가 주재 대한민국대사관(영사관)에서 비자를 신청해야 하며 사증발급 결과를 학당에 통보해야 합니다.
D-4 비자 발급은 약 1개월 이상 소요되므로 출국하기 전에 시간 여유를 가지고 신청해야 합니다.

After being admitted to Yewon Arts University and registering for two or more semesters in the Korean Language Program, students may apply for a Korean Language Training Visa (D-4).
Applicants must prepare the required documents for visa issuance and apply for the visa at the Korean Embassy or Consulate in their country of residence.The visa issuance result must be reported to the university.
The issuance of a D-4 visa usually takes more than one month, so students are advised to apply well in advance before their planned departure.

Foreign students must apply for an extension of their D-4 visa before the period of stay indicated on their Alien Registration Card expires.
The following documents must be prepared and submitted in person to the Korean Language Institute :
1. Application Form

2. Alien Registration Card

3. Copy of Passport

4. Certificate of Enrollment

5. Tuition Payment Confirmation

6. Academic Transcript including certificate of completion for the previous semester and attendance record

7. Proof of Residence (e.g., lease contract, confirmation of stay at a goshiwon, dormitory residence confirmation, or notice of residence period expiration [mail])

8. Processing Fee: KRW 60,000

Students who have been issued a D-4 visa must apply for and obtain Alien Registration within 90 days after entering Korea.
The following documents must be prepared and submitted in person to the International Exchange & Cooperation Foundation:
1. Application Form

2. Passport

3. One color photograph (3 cm × 4 cm)

4. Certificate of Enrollment

5. Tuition Payment Confirmation

6. Proof of Residence (e.g., lease contract, goshiwon receipt, dormitory residence confirmation, or notice of residence period expiration [mail])

7. Processing Fee: KRW 30,000
